Small one or two-bite portions of food that are flavorful.  These small bites can be either hot or cold 

3-4 bite portions per serving, which can be shared.  Appetizers indicate that the meal is next.   This can also include salads, bread, soups and chips.

This portion of the meal would consist of the main dish.  Including Meats, Fish, Pastas and include a side dish such as vegetables 

After Dinner we offer cakes, cooked pastries, pies, puddings and fruit.
